The School Board

The School Board is responsible for establishing policy for the school as well as setting

and monitoring the school budget. As part of their role, they also set the school fees.

The School Board comprises the School Principal and Parish Priest

(who are both ex officio). There are also parent members, a staff member and

a member from the Parish. The Board can also have a financial advisor.

The role of the School Board is to ensure that the Ethos of the school is maintained

and that all policies reflect the Mission of the Catholic School.

As such, the Board is a critical partner in the education of your children.

The implementation of School Board Policy remains with the Principal and Staff.
