Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you'll make for your child. While every school offers learning opportunities, Catholic schools provide an education that nurtures the whole child – academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

At our school, your child will be known, valued and supported as an individual. We are a welcoming community where students feel a sense of belonging, develop strong relationships and are encouraged to become their very best version of themselves.

Catholic education is grounded in values such as compassion, respect, service, inclusion and justice. These values are woven through everyday school life, helping students grow into confident young people who care for others and make a positive contribution to their community.

Prep students engage with the Foundation Year of the Australian Curriculum through a play-based program that encourages curiosity. In our safe and nurturing environment, children learn through exploration and discovery, supported every step of the way by our caring and supportive teachers. Students build confidence, form friendships and develop the skills they need for a positive and successful transition to Year 1.

School transitions allow your child and family to become familiar with our school community, meet key staff and begin building connections before their first day. Enrolled families will receive further information about these events closer to the time.

Enrolments are currently open for Prep to Year 6 for this year and beyond.

Applications for enrolment in Years 1-6 in future years are kept on file and you will be contacted in the year prior to commencement. Enrolment interviews for Prep typically occur 12-18 months prior to the year of commencement.

If your application is successful, the Principal will offer your child(ren) a place at the school.

All offers of placement are made at the discretion of the Principal. Please make contact with our Office for more information.

Absolutely! In fact, the best way to know whether our school is the right fit for your family is to experience it for yourself.

We encourage families to attend a school tour or Open Day to meet our staff, explore our learning environments, and get a feel for our community. It's a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and see firsthand what makes our school special. You can visit us during Open Week or sign up for a Principal's Tour.

We look forward to welcoming you and helping you discover whether our school is the right fit for your family.

We welcome students and families who share in the values and ethos of a Catholic education. Each application we receive is assessed on its merit; however, where limited availability exists, priority may be given to:

  • A sibling of a current or past student of the School
  • A current student of another BCE Catholic school, other Catholic schools or Kindergartens managed by Catholic Early EdCare
